HRmony Solutions, LLC ("HRmony Solutions," "HRmony," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit hrmonysolutions.com (the "Website"), contact us, submit a Website form, or schedule a meeting with us.
By using the Website or voluntarily providing information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not submit personal information through the Website.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Website and related communications initiated through the Website. It does not govern personal information HRmony processes for a client under a separate consulting agreement. Client engagements may be subject to additional confidentiality, data-handling, or privacy terms.

Name, business email address, business telephone number, job title, and employer or company name;
Company website and LinkedIn profile URL;
Information included in a contact-form message, email, scheduling request, or other communication;
Meeting preferences and scheduling information; and
Your choice to opt in to or opt out of optional marketing communications.
Please do not submit confidential employee information or sensitive personal information through the Website, including Social Security numbers, medical or health information, financial account information, government identification numbers, background-check information, or information about identifiable employees or candidates.
Information Collected Through Calendly
If you use a Calendly link to schedule a meeting, Calendly may collect information such as your name, email address, telephone number, time zone, meeting selections, availability, and information you choose to provide. Calendly processes scheduling information on our behalf and may also process information under its own privacy terms. Your use of Calendly is subject to Calendly's Privacy Notice and applicable terms.
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting, security, and analytics providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages requested, approximate location derived from IP address, date and time of access, and security or traffic-routing information.
We may use privacy-focused analytics, including Cloudflare Web Analytics, to understand aggregate Website activity such as page views and referral sources. Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics service does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting to provide Website analytics. Cloudflare may separately process limited technical information to deliver, secure, and protect the Website.

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, or scheduling a meeting does not automatically enroll you in marketing communications. The marketing checkbox will not be selected in advance and will not be required to submit a business inquiry.
You may withdraw your marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting leslie@hrmonysolutions.com. Service providers: to providers that support Website hosting, security, analytics, email, forms, scheduling, data storage, and business operations, including Cloudflare and Calendly;

HRmony does not sell personal information for money. As of the Effective Date, HRmony does not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and does not knowingly share personal information for targeted advertising.
